Terms of service

Using Teamwisp

You must be authorised to act for the company whose workspace you create. You are responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them.

Plans and payment

New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, Teamwisp costs the price shown on our pricing page, per workspace. We will ask for your consent and payment details before charging you, and you can cancel at any time. Workspaces created while Teamwisp was free stay free.

Your content

You own your content and data. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to access other workspaces, or use it to break advertising platform policies or the law.

Availability

We work to keep Teamwisp available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. Third-party platforms such as Meta may change or limit their data at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
